The second phase of Aquatic Park Center is a 10,000 square foot build-to-suit project originally designed for the California Automobile Association (a division of AAA). Featuring an unusual design patterned after the AAA logo, Phase II housed the insurance company’s offices and claims facility for the Berkeley area. Scher sold his interest upon his relocation to Santa Barbara.
