to create value through ground-up development, adaptive reuse,
and strategic, focused asset management.
We plan on working with participating
institutions and equity partners to acquire core plus and value add assets.
Upon acquisition, we create value
for our partners, the communities we invest in, and ourselves.
We are flexible with regard to asset
type; our geographic focus and reach is the Western United States.
We plan to greatly expand our footprint over the next few years by
acquiring commercial real estate assets.
With regard to our Senior Housing business, we are actively pursuing
opportunistic acquisitions, in partnership with our operating management
company, to grow this business strategically throughout the country.

the development of new suburban business parks; the conversion
of blighted urban buildings into infill corporate centers; and
the management of facilities occupied by tenants ranging form biotech
laboratories, national corporate offices and government agencies.
We asset manage for our own account assets in excess of $200 million.
