In 2007, in partnership with WMD Capital, we acquired four Senior Living Facilities in Illinois.

The projects are operated under the Illinois SLF licensing program and have achieved an occupancy rate of over 98% annually since we've owned them. Through active asset management we've been able to pay off bridge financing and significantly increase our NOI annually. Our return on invested equity exceeds 20 x.

Heritage Woods of Manteno
Located 40 miles south of downtown Chicago, Manteno is one of the fastest growing communities in Kankakee County. Interstate 57, which runs along the west side of Manteno provides excellent north/south access.

Heritage Woods of Ottawa
The community, which is fully certified through the State of Illinois’ Supportive Living program, is located on the north side of Ottawa, Illinois, south of Interstate 80 and one mile east of Highway 23. 

Heritage Woods of Watseka
The two-story building is located in a tranquil and attractive residential area on the southeast side of Watseka, Illinois, near Iroquois Memorial Hospital, and within close proximity to Hwy. 1, Hwy. 24, shopping, doctors’ offices and the library.
