Aquatic
Park Center’s Phase I consists of a 45,000 square foot,
two-story concrete
and bronzed glass office structure that originally served
as corporate headquarters for Xoma Corporation
and Sybase Corporation.
Contiguous to the office building, a 25,000 square foot warehouse
was converted into a state-of-the-art
pharmaceutical
laboratory for Xoma.
The property formerly
featured various
older industrial
spaces, varying
from a scrap yard
to a former Durkee’s
manufacturing building,
to a paper recycling
plant.
Scher sold his
interest upon his
relocation to Santa
