Once an automobile showroom and service center, the 20,500 square foot Dwight Way building in downtown Berkeley is now a first-class office building. The facility was occupied by a burgeoning software firm immediately upon its completion. Completed with his partners more than 20 years ago, Dwight Way was Mark Scher’s first development project. The project was sold to an investment group at a substantial profit, approximately five years after its completion.
